Refund Policy

By registering for this course, you agree, understand, and accept that registration fees are non-refundable, however, registration payments can be transferred between courses offered by Business Improvement Solutions Inc. and payments for courses that have not been accessed can be applied as against other offerings.

Refunds will not be granted in cases of failure to complete the course in the specified time. Refunds will also not be authorized where the user has failed to access the course at all.
